Shipping conditions

Delivery is free in France and its bordering countries : Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Spain & Italy.

Paid delivery for orders below € 190 to Ireland, Denmark, Portugal, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Ukraine, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Albania, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Hungary. Shipping costs are estimated at € 15.90 for a weight of less than 5 Kgs.

Paid delivery for all orders made to other countries. Shipping costs are estimated at 35,00 € for a weight of less than 5 Kgs.

Items are delivered within 1 to 7 working days in France and neighboring countries : Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Spain & Italy. Exceeding this period may in no case be held against the company Keus, nor give rise to any compensation for damages. Our partners are La Poste, BPost & UPS, through which we send parcels to the address indicated when ordering, with a tracking number and without signature. As such, Keus can not guarantee a precise delivery time. In the case of goods not delivered beyond a period of one month, the company Keus will refund the goods by bank transfer, provided you have confirmation that the package has been lost by the company being responsible for delivery.

 

Return conditions

How can I be refund ?

You have 30 days following receipt of your order to return the product(s) for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, items must in no case have been worn, damaged or washed. They must be returned in their original packaging and in completely new condition. Please note, no returns will be accepted without the product return label. The Keus team gives itself the right not to take back a returned product. Items purchased during sales periods or promotions such as Black Friday are not exchangeable or refundable.

Returns are free for all orders that have been shipped to France. For all other orders, the delivery costs concerning the return are borne by the customer. To make a return, simply contact our customer service beforehand by email at contact@keus-store.com to inform us of your return and refund request. Once your return for reimbursement has been validated, we will tell you the procedure to follow. For returns to France, we will send you a free Colissimo label to stick on your packaging. For other returns, you will need to return the item(s) to the following address:

Do not forget to inform us of your name, first name, address, order number & tracking number of your shipment. As soon as we receive your package, we will send you an e-mail confirming it. The reimbursement will be made by bank transfer subject to the conditions of returns respected, within a maximum of 14 days following the reception of your package.
